What is a JMT ministry like?
A JMT ministry is unlike any other you’ve ever attended. Through music, teaching and meditation, John Michael leads Holy Spirit-filled evenings that many have called mini-retreats, renewals or missions. Ministries can be from one to three evenings in length, and each last around two hours.

How can I promote a ministry?
To help you encourage attendance, John Michael has a staff in place to guide and to assist you with the preparations. He also provides you with a Ministry Promotional Plan, which is a week-by-week checklist to help guide you through the process of inviting your community, recruiting volunteers, and selecting the best schedule for using newspaper, radio, telephone, and flyers.

John Michael's office also provides full-color 11” x 17” posters at no cost to you and is available to arrange telephone interviews for your local radio and newspapers.

What are the financial obligations of the hosting church?
JMT’s Ministry Coordinator can discuss several different ministry formats. Exact arrangements may depend upon the type and the number of days you wish to host and your physical location.

What about my local advertising and promotion?
Your organization is responsible for encouraging attendance through advertising and promoting your ministry - with a little creativity, this can be done at little expense – emailing invitations or announcements, putting up posters, and arranging for mailings, flyers, bulletin announcements in area churches, and radio public service announcements are all free or low-cost methods that are very effective.

Many of JMT’s hosts have found creative ways by partnering with other churches or local radio stations or newspapers, or having printing services donated in exchange for advertising on the posters.

Your ministry venue will be promoted on John Michael's website and Facebook Page at no cost to you. Notices will be sent to our database of friends and supporters. Our ministry has many years experience to help you every step of the way with creative suggestions for your situation.

When will John Michael be available?
John Michael regularly visits large areas of the United States at different times of the year, usually in the spring and fall. He is also available for special appearances at any time during the year that schedules permit. Our Ministry Coordinator will be able to provide you with exact dates.

How do I encourage my organization to sponsor the concert?
Besides the information contained here, we can send you information to present to your organization, including photos, biographical information about John Michael, and a CD, all with no obligation.
