Peace and Good in Christ!

The jubilation of the Inaugural is over. It was quite moving. President Obama has begun his administration in earnest. Much of it is most hopeful for Catholics, and others of good will. Some of it is not.

One area of grave concern is his stance on abortion. Today he began what promises to be a trend in abortion that is the most radical presidential stance against pro life in recent history. I would encourage everyone to go online to see what the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops is saying about this at: www.usccb.org It is time to stand with our bishops. Catholic Christians, and other pro lifers constitute huge political capital for any politician. Write our president, and our congress, and make your voice heard.
